Wi-Fi & Networking

Enterprise-grade wireless networks designed for how your business actually works — not a consumer router duct-taped to a wall.

The Problem

Your Wi-Fi Shouldn't Be the Bottleneck

Dead zones in the back office. Video calls dropping mid-sentence. POS systems timing out during lunch rush. Customers complaining about slow guest Wi-Fi. Sound familiar?

Most businesses are running on consumer-grade routers that were never designed for commercial use. A $200 router from Best Buy is built for a family of four — not 50 employees, 100 customer devices, a fleet of IoT sensors, and a security camera system all sharing the same pipe.

We replace that patchwork with a properly designed commercial wireless network — purpose-built for your space, your device count, and your actual usage patterns.

Signs You've Outgrown Consumer Wi-Fi

  • Dead zones or weak signal in parts of your building
  • Speeds drop when more than 10-15 people are connected
  • Video calls or VoIP phones cut out regularly
  • You've added range extenders or extra routers to compensate
  • Your guest Wi-Fi runs on the same network as your business systems
  • No visibility into who's connected or how bandwidth is being used
  • Your "IT solution" is rebooting the router when things slow down

Our Process

How It Works

Every project follows the same disciplined process. No shortcuts, no guessing.

01

Site Survey & Assessment

We walk your facility, document the layout, measure square footage, identify interference sources (microwaves, metal walls, competing signals), and understand how your team actually uses wireless. No guessing — we measure.

02

Network Design

Based on the survey, we design a system with the right number of access points in the right locations. We plan channel assignments, power levels, VLAN segmentation, and failover. You get a coverage map before we install anything.

03

Installation & Cabling

We mount access points, pull Ethernet cable back to your MDF/IDF, terminate connections, and configure the network. Every cable is labeled and tested. Every AP is ceiling- or wall-mounted with clean cable runs — no wires dangling from drop tiles.

04

Configuration & Testing

We configure SSIDs, VLANs, firewall rules, guest network isolation, bandwidth limits, and management dashboards. Then we walk every square foot with testing tools to verify coverage, speed, and roaming performance.

05

Documentation & Handoff

You get a complete documentation package: network diagram, AP locations, SSID/password info, VLAN map, management credentials, and support contacts. Your IT person (or your next one) will know exactly what they're looking at.

Platforms

What We Install

We're not locked into one vendor. We recommend the platform that fits your needs, your budget, and your environment.

Ubiquiti UniFi

Best value for small and mid-size businesses. Self-hosted controller, no recurring license fees. Great for offices, retail, restaurants, and small warehouses. We deploy UniFi more than any other platform because it delivers enterprise features at a fraction of the cost.

Best For

Businesses with 5-100 employees, single-site deployments

Cisco Meraki

Cloud-managed enterprise networking with a single dashboard for Wi-Fi, switching, and security. Ideal for multi-site businesses that need centralized management. Requires annual licensing, but the visibility and control are unmatched.

Best For

Multi-location businesses, enterprise environments, IT-managed organizations

Ruckus

Purpose-built for high-density environments where dozens or hundreds of devices connect simultaneously. Superior interference handling and beamforming technology. The go-to for hotels, event venues, stadiums, and large public spaces.

Best For

Hotels, convention centers, stadiums, high-density retail

We also install:

Outdoor point-to-point wireless bridges
Mesh networks for large open spaces
Guest networks with captive portals
Network switches (managed & PoE)
Firewalls and security appliances
VPN solutions for remote access

Use Cases

Built for Your Industry

Different environments have different requirements. Here's how we approach each.

Offices & Coworking

  • Full-floor coverage with seamless roaming between APs
  • Separate SSIDs for employees, guests, and IoT devices
  • VLANs to isolate departments or tenants
  • Bandwidth management to prevent one user from hogging the pipe
  • Integration with existing switches and firewalls

Warehouses & Yards

  • Industrial-rated outdoor access points (IP67) for yard coverage
  • Point-to-point wireless bridges between buildings
  • Coverage for barcode scanners, tablets, and handheld devices
  • Designed for metal structures, high ceilings, and open spans
  • Built to handle West Texas dust, heat, and wind

Hotels & Hospitality

  • In-room access points for guaranteed coverage in every room
  • High-density deployments for lobbies, conference rooms, pools
  • Captive portal with custom branding for guest login
  • Bandwidth per-user limits so one guest streaming doesn't kill everyone else
  • Seamless roaming so connections don't drop walking between floors

Retail & Restaurants

  • POS system connectivity on a dedicated, secured VLAN
  • Customer-facing guest Wi-Fi with terms acceptance
  • Coverage for back-of-house, patio, and drive-through areas
  • Support for digital signage, security cameras, and IoT sensors
  • Simple management dashboard for non-technical staff

Deliverables
