Access Control
Know who's entering your building, when, and where. Cloud-managed keycard, fob, and biometric door access for modern businesses.
TDPS Licensed Installer
License #B31108601 — Texas law requires a TDPS license for access control installation. We also design UL 2525-compliant systems for government and institutional projects requiring listed central station monitoring. Fully licensed. Fully compliant.
The Problem
Keys Don't Scale. Access Control Does.
Somebody quits and you have to rekey three doors and cut 15 new keys. A contractor needs temporary access and you hand them a master key you hope they return. An employee props the back door open and you have no idea until something goes missing.
Keys give you zero visibility. You don't know who entered, when, or whether they should have been there. You can't revoke access remotely. You can't set schedules. You can't generate audit reports for compliance.
Modern access control replaces all of that with a cloud-managed system you control from your phone. Add a user in 30 seconds. Revoke access instantly. See every door event in real time. Set doors to auto-unlock during business hours. Lock down the building with one tap.
What Access Control Gives You
- Instant credential revocation — no rekeying, ever
- Complete audit trail of every door entry and denied attempt
- Remote lock/unlock from your phone, anywhere in the world
- Scheduled auto-unlock during business hours
- Different access levels for different people (front door vs. server room)
- Temporary credentials for contractors and visitors
- Integration with security cameras for video-verified entry
- Compliance-ready reporting for HIPAA, SOC2, PCI, etc.
Capabilities
What the System Can Do
Keycard & Fob Readers
Standard proximity cards and key fobs. Easy to issue, easy to deactivate. No rekeying when someone leaves — just disable their card from the dashboard.
Mobile Credentials
Unlock doors with your smartphone via Bluetooth. No card to carry, no fob to lose. Issue credentials remotely — a new employee can have building access before their first day.
Biometric Readers
Fingerprint and facial recognition for high-security areas. Server rooms, pharmacies, evidence rooms, executive suites. Can't be shared, can't be lost, can't be duplicated.
Audit Trails
Every door event is logged: who, when, which door, access granted or denied. Searchable history for compliance, HR investigations, or insurance claims. Exportable reports.
Schedules & Auto-Unlock
Set doors to unlock automatically during business hours and lock after. Different schedules for different doors. Override remotely when needed — unlock the front door for a delivery from your phone.
Camera Integration
Link door events to camera recordings. When someone badges into the server room, the camera captures who it was. Video verification for every access event.
Our Process
How We Work
Door Survey & Requirements
We identify every door that needs controlled access — front entrances, back doors, server rooms, supply closets, gates. We note door types (glass, metal, wood), frame construction, lock hardware, and power availability. We also discuss your policies: who needs access where, what hours, and what happens during fire alarms.
System Design
We design a system matching the right reader type to each door. High-traffic front doors get fast tap-to-enter readers. Sensitive areas like server rooms might get multi-factor (card + PIN). We plan the controller locations, power supply, network connections, and integration with your camera system if applicable.
Hardware Installation
We install readers, electric locks (mag locks or electric strikes), controllers, power supplies, and request-to-exit sensors. We run low-voltage wiring between all components. Door hardware is installed to code — including fire-rated doors, which have specific requirements most installers ignore.
Cloud Configuration
We set up your cloud management dashboard, create user accounts, assign access levels, configure schedules (e.g., front door unlocks 7am-6pm weekdays), set up alerts, and configure lockdown procedures. We also set up the mobile app on your phone so you can manage access from anywhere.
Training & Go-Live
We train your admin team on adding/removing users, pulling audit reports, setting schedules, and handling lockouts. We issue credentials to your staff, test every door, and verify that fire alarm integration works correctly. You get complete documentation of the system.

After Installation
Ongoing Support
Access control systems need to keep working 24/7. We provide the support to make sure they do.
User Management Help
Need help adding 50 new employees? Restructuring access levels? Setting up visitor credentials? We handle it — or train your team to do it themselves.
Hardware Support
Reader not responding? Lock acting up? We troubleshoot remotely first and come on-site when needed. We're local — not a call center in another state.
System Expansion
Adding new doors, gates, or locations? We expand your existing system seamlessly — same platform, same dashboard, same credentials.
