Security Cameras
IP camera systems that actually capture usable footage — not the garbage that $200 Amazon kits produce.
TDPS Licensed Security Installer
License #B31108601 — Licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety. Texas law requires this license to install security cameras and access control systems. We also design UL 2525-compliant systems for government and institutional projects that require listed monitoring stations. Most “camera guys” on Facebook Marketplace aren't licensed. We are. Ask yours.
The Problem
Most Camera Systems Are Useless When You Need Them
You had a break-in. You pull up the footage. The image is a blurry mess — you can't tell if the person was male or female, let alone get a face or a plate number. The camera that covers the parking lot stopped recording three weeks ago and nobody noticed. The “night vision” shows nothing but white glare from the porch light.
This is what happens when cameras are installed by someone who doesn't understand lens angles, infrared illumination, compression settings, retention math, or network bandwidth. Hanging a camera on a wall is easy. Designing a system that produces usable evidence when you need it — that's the job.
We design camera systems with purpose. Every camera placement is intentional. Every field of view is planned. Every recording setting is configured for the scenario it's covering.
What Good System Design Looks Like
- Entry/exit points covered with face-capture-quality resolution
- Parking areas covered with license plate recognition cameras
- Wide-angle cameras for open areas, narrow-angle for corridors
- Night vision tuned for actual lighting conditions, not default settings
- Motion-triggered recording with pre-event buffer so you never miss the start
- 30-90 day retention based on your industry requirements
- Redundant recording (cloud + local) so footage survives a break-in
- Remote viewing from your phone — live and recorded — in under 5 seconds
Our Process
How We Work
From site walk to system handoff — here's exactly what happens on every project.
Site Walk & Threat Assessment
We walk your property and identify every area that needs coverage: entry/exit points, parking lots, loading docks, cash registers, inventory areas, blind spots, and high-value zones. We also look at lighting conditions, mounting surfaces, and cable pathways.
System Design
We design a camera layout with the right camera types in the right locations. Wide-angle for open areas, narrow-angle for hallways, PTZ for large parking lots, LPR for driveways. We specify resolution, storage requirements, and retention periods based on your needs.
Installation & Cabling
We mount cameras, run cable (Cat6 for PoE-powered cameras), install the NVR or configure cloud storage, and set up the network infrastructure. All cable runs are clean, concealed where possible, and properly secured. Nothing hanging loose.
Configuration & Tuning
We configure motion zones, recording schedules, alert rules, and remote access. We adjust camera angles, focus, and exposure so you get clear, usable footage — day and night. We test every camera view with you on-site before we leave.
Training & Handoff
We train your team on how to view live feeds, pull recorded footage, manage alerts, and use the mobile app. You get login credentials, a system diagram, camera location map, and our direct support line.
Brands
Camera Platforms We Install
We work with multiple manufacturers so we can recommend the right camera for the job — not just the one we have in stock.
Axis
Industry-leading image quality, built-in analytics, and the most reliable hardware on the market. Axis cameras are used by Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and critical infrastructure. Premium price, premium performance.
Best For
High-security environments, critical infrastructure, analytics-driven applications
Hanwha (Samsung)
Excellent mid-range commercial cameras with strong low-light performance and reliable hardware. Hanwha is the sweet spot for businesses that need better-than-basic cameras without the Axis price tag. Very popular in retail and office environments.
Best For
Offices, retail, medical facilities, mid-size commercial properties
Hikvision
Cost-effective cameras with a huge product line covering almost every use case. Good image quality and features for the price. We recommend Hikvision for projects where coverage area is large and budget is a factor — like warehouses, storage yards, and construction sites.
Best For
Warehouses, construction sites, storage yards, budget-conscious deployments
