For Builders & General Contractors
We handle all the tech inside your building — Wi-Fi, cameras, access control, structured cabling. You get one low-voltage sub who plans it, cables it, commissions it, and supports it.
One Sub. Every System.
Stop Juggling Three Low-Voltage Subs
Most builders end up with one contractor for cabling, another for cameras, and maybe a third for access control and A/V. That's three schedules to coordinate, three companies to chase, and three scopes that inevitably overlap or leave gaps. When something doesn't work, they point fingers at each other.
We do all of it. Structured cabling, Wi-Fi, security cameras, access control, A/V pre-wire, and MDF buildouts — one scope, one contract, one point of contact. We show up on your schedule, coordinate with your other subs, and deliver a fully operational system at handoff.
We work with builders across West Texas on everything from single-tenant commercial buildouts to multi-building campuses. Licensed (TDPS #B31108601), insured, veteran-owned, and local.
One Scope, One Contract
All low-voltage trades under a single scope of work. No gaps. No overlaps. No finger-pointing.
We Stay on Your Schedule
We rough-in when you need us during framing. We trim out after drywall. We commission before CO. We know how construction timelines work.
Licensed & Insured
TDPS License #B31108601 for cameras and access control. Fully insured. We carry the certs your project requires.
Documentation at Handoff
As-builts, cable schedules, test results, equipment lists, and credentials. Everything your client's IT team needs to take over.
Scope
What We Handle
Everything below the electrical panel. All the tech systems your building needs — planned, installed, and commissioned by one team.
Structured Cabling
Cat6/Cat6a Ethernet, fiber optic trunks, coax — pulled clean, labeled, tested, and documented. Rough-in during framing, termination after drywall. Every cable Fluke-certified.
Learn MoreWi-Fi & Networking
Commercial and residential wireless network design and installation. Access point placement based on actual site surveys — not guesswork. Managed switches, firewalls, VLANs.
Learn MoreSecurity Cameras
IP camera system design and installation. We plan camera placements during design, pre-wire during rough-in, and install and configure cameras after construction. TDPS licensed.
Learn MoreAccess Control
Keycard, fob, and biometric door access. We coordinate with your door hardware supplier to spec electric strikes, mag locks, and power transfers. Cloud-managed. TDPS licensed.
Learn MoreAudio/Visual & Low-Voltage
Conference room A/V pre-wire, digital signage, overhead paging, intercom systems, doorbell cameras. HDMI/DisplayPort runs, speaker wire, control cable — all part of the low-voltage package.
Learn MoreMDF/IDF Buildouts
Server room and telecom closet buildouts. Rack mounting, patch panels, cable management, power distribution, grounding. We hand over a clean, organized, documented room your tenants' IT teams will appreciate.
Learn MoreHow We Work
Our Construction Process
We've done this enough times to know how to stay on schedule and out of your way.
Pre-Construction Coordination
We review your plans, identify every low-voltage need in the building, and produce a cable schedule and pathway plan. We coordinate with your electrician on shared pathways, conduit, and power requirements. We flag conflicts early — before they become change orders.
Rough-In
During framing and before drywall, we install conduit, cable trays, pull boxes, back boxes, and pull cable to all locations. This is the most cost-effective time to run cable — when walls are open and ceilings are accessible. We stay on your schedule and coordinate with other subs.
Trim-Out
After drywall and paint, we return to install wall plates, mount access points, install camera housings, terminate patch panels, and dress cable in the MDF/IDF. Clean, professional finish that matches the quality of the rest of the build.
Commissioning
We power up and configure every system — network, Wi-Fi, cameras, access control. We test every cable, verify every camera view, test every door reader, and walk coverage on the Wi-Fi. The system is fully operational before you hand over keys.
Documentation & Handoff
You (and your client) get a complete documentation package: as-built drawings, cable schedules, test results, equipment lists, login credentials, warranty info, and our support contact. The building's next IT person will know exactly what they're looking at.
